There are 2 main types of verb: action and descriptive.
- Action verbs denote actions, activities, motions, or processes.
- Descriptive verbs (also called ‘adjectives’) denote qualities or states

Three basic tenses: past, present, and future
The student goes to school
It’s raining
The child is eating lunch
I wore yellow clothes
The river is flowing
II. Descriptive Verb
The prices in this department store are cheap
The weather is very nice today
There are lots of flowers her
That girl is pretty
This color suits me
III. To be, To have
IV. Change Verb to Noun
Verb + ing –> Noun
